Goodwill opens new location at Bristol Commons

What: A new Goodwill store

Goodwill Industries of Tenneva recently opened its newest retail store and donation center in Bristol, Virginia.

Where: 3170 Linden Drive

The store is located in the Bristol Commons Shopping Center off Exit 7.

Donation point: You can drop off donations at the store

The newest site for Goodwill offers customers over 7,500 square feet of shopping and a convenient drop-off point for donations.

Goodwill’s mission: Local Goodwill officials said the new retail location helps Goodwill Industries of Tenneva continue its mission of providing employment services for those in need.

Proceeds from the retail stores fund Goodwill Industries of Tenneva’s employment services and vocational programs. Goodwill is dedicated to providing meaningful employment in hope of improving the lives of others.

Providing jobs and job training: “We are excited to open this new location and serve our donors and customers in the Bristol, Virginia, area,” said Morris Baker, president and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Tenneva. “This helps us to expand our efforts to provide jobs and job training for those who need help. It also offers a great new place to shop. We thank the people of Bristol for helping Goodwill in our mission to help others.”
